my to-20 is frozen solid due to water in the rear end how do i un freeze it/drain and fill it and what do i fill it with

Fill it with GL 1 90 Wt. Napa #65 205 I think is the #.

If you are outside and can't move it you can probable thaw it with a charcoal fire under it then move it inside and drain it.

Warm gently until ice melts (@ zero degrees Celsius). Then loosen plug(s) to drain off water and top up with OIL, or remove drain plug(s) and drain all fluid before replacing plug(s) and refilling with OIL.
On no account should you refill with water and/or antifreeze.
Your post probably spawned the one two up from yours!

If its due to frozen water then one way would be to get a couple gallions of alcohol and pour that in. The alcohol will absorb the water and then you can drain the rear end. Then just refill with the right type of fluid. I've had that happen with fuel systems and doing the alcohol trick fixed the problem in less the 2 hours.
