Hi Guys,

I have these perfectly good generic implement lights lying around.

Thinking about breakin' all the rules and drillin' a couple of 5/16" holes thru the sides of those fenders.

Ever try to find a good set of light cups for an IH fender? :>(

ALLEN!!! Don't drill the holes!!! You would rather drill a whole than do it right the first time??!! Besides, that paint job alone must have cost you some time and money, why mess that up??!!

No rock throwin here big guy, but you would never be happy with those bolts sticking out there. We know you. Get a piece of angle iron big enough at least on the bottom side, bolt it to that red panel behind where your light is noe, so the bottom of the angle sticks out like a shelf, then drill a hole through that and bolt your light on to it. It sure could be light weight stuff, not like quarter inch or anything, just enough to hold the light. That way it will all be under the fender and you won't be catching your hand on that bolt stub sticking out and more important to you, you won't be looking at it every time you get on the tractor. Just trying to save you from yourself here, Harley

Yeah, you're right.

Guess I just needed someone to slap me around a little this morning. I fer sure can't stand anything that isn't factory! :>)

I'll try to open up those rubber/plastic gizmos and see if I can run a bolt thru the rear like the originals. Just can't see droppin' $50 a lite on this old tractor.

Yep,

I'm a picky cuss and will probably hate it.

You guys still in the deep freeze down there? It's up to 2 degrees out here already.

Tighten'em up good, grind off the excess bolt sticking out and paint the nut and end of the bolt to match the fender, don't see a thing in the world wrong with it..
