Just found out the guy that comes out and takes care of my tires on the JD died of a heart attack last week. He was 41 and had 4 kids... Makes ya think...

Those are the things that catch me up short.

I hope his children and wife have lots of support from extended family. Uncles, aunts, G'ma & G'pa.
I hope they get lots of support at school, and with the neighbors too.

Please check on his family, They could use some help I bet. They might like to know he did you a good job too. Might give them a few dollars... sort of a late tip for a job well done. We lost "our" tire guy a few years ago. I still miss him. He was airing up a flat on a forklift and the "safty ring" popped off. Not very safe it seems.

It really bothers me to see people my age and younger dieing. I guess it makes me see how mortal I really am. I do the big tires every day and figured I was in pretty good shape. But last Sunday my daughter and I took our dogs out to the woods for a walk. The hills are pretty steep but not too long and I was winded at the top. I really should exercise, but never have been one to sweat for fun. I hope your man got a new service truck in that big tire shop in the sky. :-)
