Good to hear from you, Dan! I'm a few miles west into Barrhead County from the Barrhead/Westlock County line. I was there for this year's show, and brought my first tractor there. I was the 16 year old with the wide-front John Deere model A. I pulled a neighbor's Massey Ferguson square baler in the parade at the show. Time and money permitting, I'll be plowing with my John Deere 70 diesel next show. Do you bring any tractors to the show?

Howdy Lyndon, is she a standard, I had a restored gas 70 std. Never brought anything to the show. I always like everybodys else"s stuff more than mine. I"ll look you up next time. Was on the phone with Pres Bruce of the club earlier. I"m sure you know his nephew from Ft. Assin. Dan

Yup, she's a standard. Bought it this spring from a neighbor. Had the diesel motor running, and it runs good. I have the flywheel side apart at the moment to put in new thrust washers. Haven't got to working on the pup motor yet. Might not get around to fixing her up for the show next spring, but I'm going to try! Have an old 4-14 JD trip plow that I'm want to put on behind her. She's gonna be a fun project!

I've only been in the club for just about one year, and don't know everybody yet. I have met a bunch of the Colbournes, and some local collectors like Albert Miller and Harvey Fott. Still feels a little funny being one of the youngest members of the club! It's sure a blast for me, though.

I'm looking forward to meeting you next show! I'm usually around Yesterdays Tractors a lot anyway, so we can talk again anytime.
Lyndon
