hello, i'm looking to git in to 841 in good to fair cond. metal good a few rust holes on fenders
lower part pto works engine eats a little oil no smoke. from 0 to 10 this tractor is a 7.5 to 8
also it has a front end loader which work good no cylinder leaks hoses fair bucket has 2 holes in the bottom. looking to see if any one can help with a value for this 841 so i don't over pay

Tractor values vary greatly depending upon where you are and how many tractors there are around to be bought. I paid $4500 for essentially the same tractor (mine has 3 range Sherman combo transmission and power steering) in the early 90s. I probably paid too much though I did a bunch of shopping around (dealers mostly) and there weren't (and aren't) a bunch of old tractors to be found for sale in central Mass., especially in good working condition and with a front loader.

In the end, it is worth what someone will let it go for, and what you will pay for it. The only thing you can do is shop around so that when you finlly put up the doe, you are comfortable that you did not let yourself get ripped off.

Mine is all restored at this point, and I love the thing.
