Replace a 172 gas with a 192 gas?

I'm just getting into Ford tractors after years of playing with Ford cars & trucks. I've purchased an 821 gas loader with 4 spd and equipped with the elenco 4x4 kit. The block is cracked and in need of replacement. I went shopping the other day in a tractor yard for a new engine. The owner had a lot of 192s from the 900 series but no 172s. What does it take to swap out the 172 with a 192? I'm not timid in face of mechanical challenges but don't want to spend months fabricating parts. Would this be a difficult swap? Is it worth the extra power? I plan on using the tractor for moving dirt, snow & logs. Thanks for your thoughts!

I am pretty sure the 192 is a 172 w/o sleeves. We always ran outta traction before power with our 172 851.

As far as I know the 192 will bolt right in. But the 900 series had 172 ci same as the 800 series, the 900 was just the rowcrop version of the 800 , The 192 is out of either a power unit or an older New Holland self propelled haybine
