Stop complaining and do something about the problem!! Stop driveing to town just to get a gallion of milk etc. When you go some place make it count!! When and if you can drive a small car not the gas hog. Stay at home and play on the computer. Go out an walk to the store if you are close enough. Let get back to talking tractors and not all this bull

Think of it this way and when you do gas isn't that high at all. Say if your car/truck gets 15 MPG, would you walk 15 miles if i paid you $3.19??? NO not hardly, so when you think of it that way, paying your car to take you 15 miles for 3 dollars is pretty cheap in my book

If you can afford to own one of them I would also think you have the $$ for the gas and if you don't have the $$ for the gas I sure would not own one. LOL

Mr Old,
Dang it - I was hav'n one heckuva good time... but you're right. Saw an Oliver this morning - guy was bushhog'n with it. May have been a 77 or 88 as it had the engine cowel on it. I was gonna stop on my way back by the place, but by the time I got there on the return trip, the field was done and the guy and tractor were gone.
I REALLY like those old 77 and 88 Olivers...

Shoot if you like them so much I have one for sale, Illinois Boy. I does need some TLC, paint side curtians but it runs good. Used it to rake hay this summer, used another 77 to cut the hay and used an Oliver Super 88 to pull the old NH 850 baler. I hae pictures of them all drop me an e-mail and I'll give you a look see at them LOL
