Well, for those who didn"t make it, the show was pretty good this year in Tipton, IN. International was the featured make this year. I saw some interesting tractors, and trucks I must say. I always wonder why our attendance isn"t higher though. It"s a great show, plenty of electric camp sites for exhibitors and great facilities. Anybody that"s ever been have any negatives about the show they might want to share? I"ll gladly pass them on to the President of the association.

Was there for the whole Show. My son, wife and I had 6 tractors there. I think the heat and maybe fuel prices might of hurt the attendance along with State Fair going on. I heard that there were over 240 IH there and I saw more come in after I heard that Number. I also heard that that there were only 50 at Blufton. Over all I would say total tractors close to 500 or more. I also would like to see those young people stopped from riding around so much on motorized vehickles. Alot of them are doing a lot of looking around and not watching where thet are going. I also won the tractor slow race on Sat. morning. With my JD 530.

Whoever told you there was only 50 at blufton was way off, there was at guess around 200 IHC plus the other makes on Sat afternoon

I was there Saturday. It was very (hot)& enjoyable, but two things: State Fair(went Friday) had 250 tractors,so how many exibitors would have been at Tipton if the schedule was moved back or forward. The other suggestion would be to have all the tractors in one location, not strung out all over the place. You almost have to hunt for some of them if you want to see them all.Maybe a "For Sale" lot would be nice.Thought the parts and pieces were down a bit in numbers this year.Liked the shuttles. One thing that does scare me are all the kids driving those old Deere 2 cylinders with power steering.I have owned enough of them and worked on enough of them to know those steering valves will do funny things on occasion.Would hate to see someone get run over by a kid.Wouldn't hurt to have one or two more food vendors if the schedule was change away from State Fair time.TSC Stores, etc, would be a good place for some flyers advertizing the event.I didn't see any ads this year.
I plan on bring my two Massey 44s up next year since Massey will be the featured tractor.Might even bring up the old 1950 Clipper combine since I could pull it on back roads.

You at Tipton, In. are too close to Blufton. In. for both to be featuring the same make of tractor, this year they had IH as feature with Chapter 7? of IH colectors. I had Forgot about Tipton having same thing. Was disapointed in no IH machinery except a few plows. Blufton an hour and half from me with Tipton add anouther 2 hours travel time so I go closer to home.

Years ago I did go to the show, and I even brought a tractor a time or two.

The trouble was with the president (terry). They would not advertise for one and the state fair is going on, so I go to the state fair instead.
