706 gas of mine has ate the rings in #4 cylinder, so I gotta do something FAST. Is it possible to drop the oil pan, pull one piston out the bottom and re-ring it?? Just need to keep her running for about 30 hours until I get the hay made, then do an overhaul.

If you were going to change rings, it is not that much more work to take the head off as well and do the job properly and pronto. You don"t say why you think it has eaten the rings, but if they are broken you may well be damaging the engine further. Bits of piston trying to find the way out of the engine can cause havoc, especially if it comes out sideways! Rent a replacment while you do it, it could well be the cheaper option.

Can't get the piston outta da bottom...crank lobes in the way if your bottom ring groove doesn't stop you first.

Squirt a moly based motorcycle or industrial chain lube in the cylinder periodically until the job is done it will last a few hours each time until it starts to burn off.Seen it work surprisingly well for a band aid solution.{bad spellings today?]
