Posting a Tractor Picture

I tried to post a Picture of my Tractor on this Forum, but it would not work, I have Windows 98, what kind of system do I have to have in order to post a picture, and why can't this Site with all it's technology fix that..?

First you need to upload the picture to tractor photos, then just copy and paste the URL into the optional image box. The picture does not necessarily need to be in tractor photos, but it does need to be available on a website somewhere.

Thanks for your note, I did that, I have my photo on my desk top, but when I started the upload, it just hangs-up. I noticed that there's a note saying (Uploads may not work on Microsoft Explorer and Netscape) so my question is, what do I need other then Explorer or Netscape ?.... thanks for your time.

Thanks, I sure don't see any "contact" for this site, sure would ask why they can't do something to fix that.
