oil in radiator

how can oil get into a radiator, no water in oil pan does not miss, and starts easy. is there damage somewhere, or oil put in radiator on purpose

a lot of tractors have oil coolers for engine or the hyd system you have to find what kind oil it is might be in the radiator or might be a cooler in the engine you did NOT say what kind of thing this is i just think it might be a tractor ?

da i also forgot that it can just be the head gasket oil presure is around 60 psi. and radiator psi is around 2 to 16
