Magneto Problems

We have a farmall H and we lost spark on it. It has a magneto and we don"t know a thing about them. What should I try and do to it? Any help is apprecitated! Thanks!

Take off the cap and drag a clean bisness card through the contact points and see if any dirt comes off on the card,then rotate the motor slowly and ensure they are opening and the rubbing block has not worn badly. then make sure the condensor has not come loose.Dont file mag points[my opinion]they are much higher grade than conventional type.Magman and others will have much more on this but first chack for clean contacts.You can use electric clean spray if you reclean the contacts after spraying a small amount.If the points seem really shot replace them and condensor per manual specs.
