Yes, the Allis B's went high, both looked great from a distance if you know what I mean but once you get past the overspray on new rubber, overlook a few minor dents and some orange peel they still somehow had great curb appeal.Upholstery was good, one model had the light kit, other did not.Generally ok. Thanks Dan, always good to get some Canadian auction results. Thought you might have been to the sale near Chipman where the MM UDLX was sold on Sunday. Take care, Leon

Howdy Leon, how is that green Orchard model holding up.The sale at Athabasca was closer to home,a great turnout and an excellent auction service. AB Mike has been over to LLB to visit so we know each other and no, I'm not teasing about that U. The auction that I listed the results for was like a tractor show.Vendors had everything lined up nice and 99% started and ran.I would say some prices were high. But it also expresses the value of stuff.Dan LLB

The UDLX was sold for $60,000CDN from what I understand. I was at the sale near Athabasca, AB and it shows that antique tractors and equip will continue to climb in price and value as parts for that old iron becomes more and more harder to access. Makes you appreciate what you have at home whether it be restored , original, or in parts.
Dan, where in Alberta are you?
I am just east of Edmonton.

We will be at Edgerton this weekend as a bunch of us are going out there to show and pull; bring your BR on down for some fun.. We have purchased our own sled so we will do some trials on July 1st and get ready for Saturaday and Sunday. Hope this rain goes away for awhile.
Anyway hope to run into you some day as we move from show to show in the province.
All the best in Antique Tractor collecting.
Ellis

Dan, you didn't happen to get to that auction near Athabasca in May that had all that automotive/gasoline memorabilia did you?? I saw the auction notice for it and there was some interesting suff there. The 60 Orchard is running great. Had it at Penticton this past saturday at a little show and shine with the Peach City Beach Cruise. A little over 400 collector cars etc and our little heritage display with lots of stationary engines etc.
