Just bought a 1960 801 powermaster gas tractor at a auction ,just would like general feedback on the 801 relabity and what is the horsepower on the 801.

HP is around 45, pretty good old tractor. Been useing one since around 1982.

That is 48 belt hp, it is 41 draw bar HP acccording to Neb.Test Lab...Keith

My list only gives one number for HP that the reason I siad at first around 45HP sort of slips the differance.

The hp. is more like 36, but for their day they were a pretty good little tractor.

NEB test says 48 spud but I think they where being nice. Your thinking about the 601s not the 801s
