Did you try swapping your reomte hoses from side to side to see if the problem moves, or if it stays with the same set of females? Many times we had customers come in with similar problems and it was their male tips. Don't buy the ElCheapo tips from T*C or others with the round ball in the end use only CNH or Pioneer males with the "tit" on the end (Pioneer # 8010-4PMB. Assuming your hose has 1/2NPT threads, thats the -4 part)

Assuming you have 2 sets of outlets (4 outlets total) and the delux closed center valves. Should be a single like feeding both sets along with a charge line and a return line. If one set is powered and 1 is not has to be an internal obstruction or adjustment valve turned off.

open center system/closed center valve????? in reply to kyhayman, 06-03-2005 15:14:40
How can this be?On JD closed center you can operate lever w/o cyl.plugged in and engine will not load up.On Ford you can do this on side that is working and engine will load up.I don't understand how a tractor can have both open and closed.Tx Jim

That's what I am trying to find out. Does he have single spool valve bodies or dual spool valve bodies? Dual spool are far more common, but singles are around, too. If they are single spoool bodies, the shuttle check at the rear of the working valve may be the culprit.

Then Im not completely sure if it is the delux closed center valve or the older style open center.

10 series should be deluxe remotes. As you know, they have the couplers oriented vertically, not horizontally.

By left and right, do you mean that the spools and couplers are next to each other and in a common housing, or on opposite sides of the toplink mount?

dual/all together as one in reply to RickB, 06-03-2005 14:15:04
The spools are in the same housing, the recepticales(plug-ins) are bolted just below 2X2.One pressure line/one return line/one tiny line that I don't know what's it for. Thanks,Jim
