Sounds like you are having the same problem I am having. They take your money and not sending the merchandice. I have been waiting three weeks. Will see how much longer I have to wait. I thought it was against federal law to take the money before the merchandice was shipped!!

I ordered one manual and they said 5 weeks and that is what it took. I ordered the second and it came in 2 weeks , so go figure.

Postings about orders here seem to run about 50-50 praise and complaint.

Some of the tractors out there are lucky we get any help on at all. I am constantly looking for places that can help when I have a problem. Different places can help in different ways. It isn"t like being able to go down to Chevy and take it home. NO I am not in the business, I just can see both sides of the issue. When I heard the time line on the copying here I looked elsewhere. I bookmark companies so I can revisit them when needed.

Are not these manuals for old tractor out of print. When was the last time that you were able to go to the manufacture and order one?

Yes, many manuals are out of print. Thank God some parts suppliers are copying them for us. I just bought 2 manuals that are "out of print" that were in stock and shipped the same day. AND my tractor is really hard to find anything in print.

Thanks for the tip, I sure will stay away from those people who can't get their act together, business people who survive, give good service, and that sure don't look like good service to me. thanks again..... .
