That silver paste that was the remainder of the brake parts has now gotten into all of the hydraulic circuits. It sticks in fittings, valves, pumps and lines.About all you can do now is drain and flush the trans case, clean the cross screen, clean the screen in the hyd. pump. Go to Deere and get 5-6 CLEAN UP filters, not regular hyd. filters.Refill the trans, install the cleanup filter, and run the tractor cycling all the hydraulic systems(steering,3pt.diff.lock remotes etc).A hydraulic hose with 2 male ends can be looped in the remote(s) and the remote cycled repeatedly. After about an hour change the filter and repeat.Use the tractor in a normal manner,at the first sign of hydraulics slowing down, change the filter.Depending on how much crud was pumped through the system, it can take 5-6 filters to clean it out, each will last a little longer. When the filters stop showing alot of metal and the hydraulics seem to be functioning properly again you can drain the oil and change back to the regular hydraulic filters again.Hopefully the system will clean up without any further disassembly of components.
