I moved to Tennessee 4 years ago and left my little AC 5020 back with my brother in LA. Finally, I went back down there during spring break and brought it up here. I come to this web site each night and was really missing my tractor after reading what joy each one of you has with your tractors. I know my 5020 isn't much but it sure is fun. Today, I had a job to spread some dirt. What a good feeling to be back in the saddle again...

Well now that you have moved the tractor I guess I can include your name to the list of born and raised in La. but had to move elsewhere to find a decent life and will never return.
I tried to move off in the late 80’s but after 4 years I had to come back. It may not be Kansas but there is no place like home.

It was easy for me to move John, I married a girl from TN. I worked in the chemical industry for 22 years and decided to try the move. Doing good but just miss home. The company I left is trying to talk me into coming back so if the offer is good enough I may be your neighbor again. If not, a hillbilly for life...

Why do some folks think a tractor, dog, or lady has to be huge to be lovable. My "B" Farmall. Beagle, and my first love 5'0" 105----- ----

Now wait a minute here. Missouri Boy, this is Harley, and I'm from Missouri, and my first was 5' nothing and 105 lbs. Do you suppose that little heifer was two timing both of us? Hope not, Harley

Hi Joe, I know what you mean. I just love this tractor. I grew up with a Farmall AV and a 7 acre garden. When I was 12 my uncle bought a new IH 1066 hi crop and put me on it during the summer. Also I operated his 856, 806, and Case 830 Case-O-Matic. So I guess that is what I mean by little. I could just about drive it under one of those, but it is still my baby...
