Does any one know the crank pulley torque? and how do you clean the little stone type filter in the carb. inlet on the bottom of the carb.I believe this is to help drain fuel out that might accumulate there with a dirty needle valve that lets gas leak by. I have never been able to clean these out with carb cleaner.

Gary..... ..the N-Engine 1-5/16 hex crownhead crankshaft bolt is torqued 150 ft/lbs. TIP: stuff some 1/4" rope down enny sparkie hole and that will stop the crankshaft from turning while you honk down on the crankshaft bolt. Simple, eh?..... ...Dell

re: the sintered metal drain: Do a search in the archives. I'm sure I saw something on this a a year or two ago. Some guy even knew where to get replacements
