We have a antique tractor not sure of the make or the year there is a serial number on the side for parts 351686 r1 or 351888 and another one 35080 R2. I think it's a farmall but don't know the year. Can anyone help identify my tactor by those parts #.Could you also tell how much it's worth

I don't have a master parts list to look up those numbers but they would be later than the letter series farmalls built in the 40s and 50s. Do some looking in the tractor photos and see if you can come up with something that looks like it. Just do a search for Farmall or IH

Those numbers appear to be casting numbers. The model and serial number will be stamped on an aluminum plate, often near the middle of the tractor on the RH side, or under the seat on some smaller models. If some of the REAL IH guys see this, they can probably look up the casting numbers and tell you the tractor model, you still will need to find the aluminum plate for the serial number to "date" it.

Also, often there is an engine serial number on the RH side of the engine, just below the cylinder head. There is only a limited correspondence between the engine number, and the actual tractor serial number, though.
