I typed "Bud Stambaugh" into google and found this. It's a personal site by a guy who claims to own a Rumely he purchased from Bud Stambaugh. Maybe he knows how to contact Mr. Stambaugh for a copy of the book.

Not 100% sure, but I believe I heard that Bud Stambaugh passed on some time ago. If it's the guy I'm thinking of that was at Rough & Tumble when Rumelys were featured a few years ago.
