I don't know who owned it or advertised it but even though the Silver King Orchard would be a rare beast, the owner is definitely in dreamland thinking 27 grand US. He's not gonna get that much I could almost guarantee. If he didn't sell it for less, it's still sitting in the same place I would guess.
