Looking for information on any antique tractor pulls on July 29 or 30th around southern Mich or northern Indiana,or northern Ohio area or about a 150 mile radius of south Bend Indiana. We are already planning on going to the one on July 28th at Elkhart County Fair, at Goshen Indiana. As a friend is coming up from Arkansas with his tractor we would like to find a pull on the 29th and 30th. We would be pulling farm stock and or classic divisions, one tractor pulling 3000 and up and one tractor pulling 5200 and up. Thanks, any information is appreciated!

I'll toss this out, even though I'm not completely sure about the date. This pull is the Chatt Farmer's Picnic which is about 2 miles east of Chattanoga, Ohio (Off Ohio St.Rt. 49- might be too much in the boonies for you) It's surprising, you think you're lost and going nowhere, then behold there's this big bunch of cars and trucks out in the middle of nowhere. I marked this year's calendar with the date it was last year, July 29, which this year is Friday, so it will probably be on the 30eth. It is a fun event-especially when you know people there- the setting is unusual, it's halfway in a WOODS. It started many years ago and has become popular in this area. Most (or all?)the guys pulling are local. While the boys are playing with their toys there's going's on for ladies and kids, plus good food for everyone. BTW, I wonder if anyone reading this has been there?
