What am I missing? Dealers will pay for their ads...I found that much. The ads now display 25 at a time. Is there something else? Seems like a lot of fuss over a few extra ads per page...I must be missing something.

Dave - the big change i see is that the guy from KY. that everyone was complaining about for "overposting" has been deleted (he had 47 photo adds on here last night - i checked)

Thanks for taking a moment to explain that. I thought I was missing something. :-)

OK , i'm going to be the "stick in the mud" & point out what i see as the negatives .....if the "3 limit" (of adds) could not be "policed" - then how is the "dealer" rule going to be any easier to monitor ?? ..... and what is the defanition of a "dealer" ?? i farm for a liveing & in my spare time i buy old farmalls & fix up to varying degrees and resell (hopefully at a profit) - i do not consider myself a dealer (at least not according to Kims "dealer deffanition") -- BUT , i talked to 4 of my tractor buddies on sunday & they were all going to quit advertiseing on YT cause they thought they were "dealers"! (they misconstrued the "dealer" def. as meaning anyone "reselling at a profit") .....now , if my 4 buddies are right (about who is a dealer)- that would mean that about 90% of the adds on this site are posted by "dealers" ! ..... ANYWAY , if the indavidual does'nt know if he falls into the "dealer" catagory or not , then how can it possably be decided & monitored by the site ???? the way i see it is it's still "the honor system" with a little extra "confusion" thrown in to make it more interesting ! i might be wrong (& hope i am !) but i think Kim just started "overhauling an engine that only needed new spark plugs"

Forget everything i said before (about "what is a dealer"? ) --i see the "dealer" defanition has now been changed to mean "anyone selling more than 4 tractors per year" - that should cover at least 3/4th of the adds on here! but at least there's no more confusion !!
