If you could pick one show in : 1) Indiana, 2) Illinois & 3) Michigan, to exhibit at ,where you
A) got treated well by the host club, B) had very reasonable camping on or adjacent to the show grounds and C) exhibited with warm, friendly ,fellow exhibitors and had a good experience, which show(s) would be your choice ?
(I've learned that the biggest or "best" shows are not always what we were looking for , so I've changed the search criteria to what is 'more' important to us.) Appreciate the help

I've not exhibited as much lately -- work and dad's getting older and dont like to haul much

but actually the Portland show was nice to show at-- and is going to get better as they plan on adding games and plowing.

I would love to have exhibited yr before last at The IandI show in Penfield...

I do like the White River VAlley show too--A LOT.
but its local. and does cost to exhibit but its minor and the trade back is worth as much as the pay.

I've shown at Portland for several years, but missed the past two because of Dad's health . Only negative part there is I always get wet!!!
Have any information on the White River show ?
(Can't seem to find it). Thanks.

That's a really tough call. Shows are often unique in their own right wether large or small. I think our show is one of the best in the midwest. Others that I have attended is the Hickory Corners Show near Kalamazoo, MI that is very unique because of the car museum, has excellent display areas and camping. The AC Jamboree in Davis, IL is unique in it's own right, small show, audience participation and a real good time. Not much for camping or other amenities, but a show I attend every year.
