I'm a retired underground miner that got interested in tractors and got a couple a ole Fords.I spend a lot of time on the net looking at old tractors after working and tinkering on my Fords. I read a lot about "cut offs on JDs. (my next tractor) What are cut offs???

That's when they cut the steel wheel off the spokes and weld a rim on for a tire.Cutoffs.
