hello! I have been calling around for prices on loaders for the kubota and have found that they are spenddy. I have located a person that custom builds loaders for a 1/3 the price installed. Opinions anyone?

Toad,
I sell new Westendorf , Koyker & Buhler/Allied loaders. A Buhler/Allied model 295 QA loader with a joystick, complete with brackets, hoses, hardware & 60" QA bucket will cost you $3699.00. Buhler/Allied has a 1 year warranty on the loader and 2 year warranty on the cylinders. If you dont need the joystick, price is $3199.00 - Pretty cheap for a good new loader! You can see lots of great details on all of the above loaders at "www.iowafarmequipment.com"., and also see the other links provided.

On the loader for the 1977 kubota L295DT 30hp. I have not seen these loaders yet, but i know that he builds them daily and uses standard quality cylinders. He also told me that he uses some kind of powder prosses paint whatever that means. the only thing that seems funky to me is that he uses all neoprime hose but i can change that later. I have check prices from kubota and others and they want 4200 to 4500 compared to 1500 installed. Well for now i am going to see his work which means i got to drive 200 miles then maybe i can give more info. thanks for your input for now.

Don't you Kubuto people have someplace to go besides here? Look at the names in the gray bar at the top of your screen. Do you see any that resemble the name on your junk. Do you see any catagories that say Jap, Chinese, Taiwanese, Indian, Asian?

Kubota makes one fine machine. That fool JDIHC is just jelious yep and a fool mostly. If you are thinking about putting a aftermarket FEL on you must evauuate if they engineered it to make it safe to use. Safe for operator and machine alike. Don't want it breaking something.
I own a few machines. Kubota is one of them and they are considered the best by some. Take that JDIHC and stuff it.

Yes, I see "All The Rest". You don't have to open a topic and read it. Can I bring you a load of firewood or something?

From what you have posted, I'd say you are headed for big trouble. Now, if you tell us some specifics, we can help you out a bit. tractor model, year? brand, models, and costs of loaders that you have priced? Details about this "home made" guys operations: how many has he made? references? looked at his shop? looked at some loaders currently being built? specs on cylinders used? stated lift capacity? warranty?

Worth looking into. But Talk to somebody that has one of his loaders. Also remember that "IF" something serious happened to your tractor, like it broke in two or messed up the steering you would have no recourse against Kubota. I would guess that A new Kubota loader is $3000, I am guessing is your tractor new?

I would check him out, talk to someone that has had one of his loaders and see how it works and how it has stood up.. Sure would be worth looking into.

Toad - You don't give very much to go on.

Suppose there's a guy over there that has paint in a can that is supposed to match my tractor. Whats your opinion? See what I mean?

Can you post some pictures and prices?
