I have a 860 with a loader on it and it doesn't have the foot pegs on each side below the tie rod ends like the earlier Fords have and I miss them. Will the pegs from a 8n or 9n fit it and if so is their anyone out there willing to part with a pair?

I think only the 9N and 2N had foot pegs. Ford put running boards on everything starting with the 8N. Does your 860 have flat running boards? The '55 hundred series had flat running boards and I've heard some people complain that their feet slide off the front. If that's your complaint, too, you can swap on a pair of later ('56 and up) angled running boards and that should make your feet happier. Don't get running boards off an SOS tractor....the mounting brackets are different on those.
