I have purchased a loader that uses the interior hydraulic system. Question- where and how does it hook up? It is a "Freeman" Mfg.

Thanks.

The loader on my 8N (that I sold at least 25 years ago) got hydraulic pressure from the test port on the right side of the pump plate that makes the bottom of the rear of the transmission. To work the loader required chaining down the three point.

There may have been a plate to fit on top the transmission under the seat with valves to select one or the other hydraulic loads.

You might look for Walt's tractor parts in Mexico MO to see if there are any adapters to fit your 9N these days.

Thanks for the info. It will help after I paint and attach the loader. I am a 1938 Model a little older than the 1941 9N. I live south of Austin in Buda, TX on 10 acres. My bride of 40 years and I have 6 head of cattle and call our "spread" The Manana (tomorrow)Ranch cause nothing gets done today LOL. Where do you hang youe hat?
