I was going to complain about how cold it is here in College Station TX but read about the lowest temperatures y'all have experienced and I decided not to. By the way its in the 30's headed colder, I know I'm a wimp. I thought I would just say a Merry Christmas to all the greens, yellows, reds, oranges, whites, grays, and any other colors out there. Tractor colors that is. Merry Christmas to all of you, travel safely because if the weather is this bad this far south I pity those up north, tell your kids you love them and eat lots of pie! Stay safe and continue to keep the history of farming alive.

10 degrees F here this morning. We missed all the wonderful white powder but got an inch of ice on top of rain soaked soft ground. KU just got the power back on after 30 hrs without. God bless those guys that had to carry/drag the pole and transformer a half a mile to get this grid back up.

No need to pity us northerners. The weather is warming up some. It's only -11 C (roughly 10 F)with a few inches of snow up here in Central Alberta. Back in October it hit -35 C (roughly -30 F) just after a big dump of snow. Whatever the weather, wherever you are, I wish you a Merry Christmas and a wonderful new year!

Lyndon

Looks like this will be a good weekend to stay in the shop where it's warm and work on the JD H.

Merry Christmas to all, Walter

It's in the teens here in Oklahoma City. Looking out the window, I don't see any wind, so it ought to be a nice today. Merry Christmas!

Howdy Darrell,

Reckon I'm crazy for sayin this but I'm pretty jealous of you all just a few miles west of me. I live up here in West Unio Ohio (just about 50 miles E of Cincy) and we saw nothin but 36 and rain yesterday when you all were gettin dumped on. We had a decent glaze of ice last night but nothin like we'd have had if that doggone storm had just been a little bit east. So unfair. Bad thing is I knew this is all we'd see and that you all would get the best from the start of this storm. I hate being right..lol. Merry Christmas to all of my tractor buddies here. God bless.

p.s. if ya live in one of those snowy areas toss a snowball for me.

Actually up here in the north country (so MN) all we've had so far is fall weather. This week was the first "winter" weather we've had . Temps finally fell to single and below weather (-10 as i'm typing). Mon was some freezing rain but not that bad actually. No snow to be found anywhere around my place.

Seasons greetings to all. And may God bless you and yours in '05.
