My family booked a family reunion vacation to Cancun for Dec 26 to Jan 2. We booked the trip last May. My folks and sisters family are flying out of Cleveland and my family is flying out of Nashville. The Apple vacation cancelled the Nashville flights. They want us to drive to Ohio to fly out. Why change 3 weeks before the trip? If this was the case, we wouldn't have booked the trip. The more I ask around the more I hear this is not new to Apple Vacations...Don't Use!! I know this isn't the place to post this but we are fuming mad!!

I would make them Reduce price, by a large amount !!! I realize this change is a huge inconvenience, They should make some concessions to you. Play it right, & you might get trip for free.....

Sounds like you need to make a complaint to your state Attorney General. Too late to solve your problem, but it might spare someone else.

Visiting or working in any forign country is out for me, no matter what. The only place outside the good old USA would be Australia or New Zealand
Its been 50 years since WWll, they still will come up to you and say how much they appreciated what the US boys and country did to protect them from a Japenese invation.

Canada is also an excellent vacation alternative. Canadian beaches are less crowded than Cancun or Puerto Vallerte, and the only gang wars I've seen turned out to be hockey games. Stop and look at a few antique tractors and make your vacation tax deductible. In Manitoba and Saskatchewan the people are civil; nice like Minnesota used to be. They speak English as the language should be spoken. They speak respectfully of the USA and our country's world leadership. Our visits to Canada have been memorable and enjoyable. We are looking forward to the next tractor tour.

Just don't expect anything better from Expedia as they were all painted with the same brush. Sorry they may have ruined your vacation. I hope you have back up plans so all won't be lost..... ..

I doubt I will ever leave the states again, but if I do I will consider your information. The only way to get these peoples attention is if they start to experience a loss of business. The last time I left the states was an all expense paid trip the the Orient, complements of the US Navy. Enjoy your reunion. Stan

Me too chief. They said I would visit exotic ports of call (AnThoi, RVN) would see luxurious beaches,(yeh from a Swift Boat gun turret) and would meet new and exiting people (also called gooks galore). I'm like you. If I can't speak the language, the money's no good, and I can't drink the water, I ain't goin. Harley
