Here is more info: it is a 1964 Oliver 70 Industrial tractor(or at least we think so). It has a bucket with hydraulics, gas powered and a 6 cylinder engine. Can anyone confirm that this is a 70 industrial? All the pictures I have looked at none of them match what our tractor looks like.

IS it possible you have a 770 industrial and not a 70.. cause 70's stopped in the late 40's and 77's in the mid 50's but 770' were around in 64.

To the best of my knowlege the 70's ended in 1947 as the fleetline 77's came out in 1948. if it is an industrail it should say something to that effect in the serial number but also look and see if the axles are larger and heavier than on rowcrops and stuff. usually the industrials won't have PTO either but back then alot of them didn't

I'm thinkng that 70 production ended around '53 or so. I have a 70 ind and the operaters platform area kinda resembles a Roman Chariot,Flat sided fenders with a little return in the front to the body of the tractor, with a 3/8 pipe welded on top to provide a rounded edge. The serial # is on a tag riveted to the block, right above the dipstick. Mine is 308xxx, indicating its a '44. There were two engines used in them , the Oliver 6 and a Waukesha 6 The Oliver engine has the manifold , magneto, and carb on the drivers right. The oilfiller is above the magneto, and the oil filter is in front of the starter. The trans is a 3 sp. and there is a cover near it for the 2sp lever used on the Airport 25 model It has turning brakes, and a long glove box on top of the trans. Hope this helps, I'll watch for your reply. Dale
