Okay,

Finally got 'er up and running. Took me awhile to figure out how to get the UPS boxes to see that new feed, but so far, so good.

I've got to get my brother who works for the Blackhills Power and Light to come down here and hook this thing into the house so all I have to do is throw a couple of switches and do away with all the extension cords. Looks like there is power to spare so I could run the lights as well.

Boy, this automatic throttle is fast! Everytime the heating element on the coffee pot kicks on, that idle speed comes up. :>)

Later,

Allan

I know that you know, but in a hurry don't forget to be safe and not back that up into any of the other lines. Sure you know what I am reminding you of. Kenny

The Idle down that is for when you are running a saw or drill off the Generator on a construction site. You need to keep the RPMs up so the voltage is correct for small draw things and any heavy loads put on it. It is a nice feature to save fuel while waiting to need power but not when hooked into a system that needs power all the time. Mark H.

I worked for Honda back in the 80's (Murdersickles). There is no one on this earth that puts more time and effort into their product line. I'm sure you have the right equpment. Good luck. John

And to think it was started by a college dropout selling $50 Mopeds and wanted them perfect in every detail. Amazing what the mind can conceive (backed with a lotta effort and $$$)
