I would like to buy a one or two bottom turning plow for my Ford 600. Which is better, the shear bolt style or the trip style?

I agree get the reset,I used to carry a 5lb sack of bolts and used most of them. shrear bolts are a pain in hard ground.

If you never hit anything, they're both great. If theres' buried obsticles in your ground (rocks, stumps, ect) the reset type is by far more "user friendly". You'll save loads of time, and frustration. In MOST cases, be prepared to spend a few more $$$$$ to get the reset type. They sell higher around my part of the world anyway. John
