Does anyone know where I can order replacement hydraulic lines for a Cat 977L?

I just get my hoses made up locally. Some of the local Parker hose suppliers are pretty good. My Cat has flat face fittings which are generally not stocked in this area, so sometimes they have to be ordered. Ofcourse, you could always go to Cat..... as long as you take out a mortgage first.

Depending on where you are, you should probably be able to get them made up locally. If not McMaster Carr will make them for you. If you use the screw type, make sure the fittings and hose are compatable, there are some differences.

At most weldimg shops, farm supply store, any implement dealer, heavy truck repair shop or auto parts store you can get a hose just about any where take old hose along so they give you right fittings unless you have the reuseable ones then you just need hose.

We get our CAT hyd. lines made up at the local parts houses here. Of course you need to bring in the old one for a sample most times.

Go to tractor tales, ask for any of the "Cat Parts" experts. Plenty of 'em over there. John

You can buy the hose and Screw in fittings and make your own if you want to. Parker Hydraulic makes some good ones that can work in the 4,000 psi range. Mark H.

I really don't care for screw in fittings they don't hold up as long as crimped hose fittings. we found out hoses last longer this way .there better for a quick fix than a permant fix.
