The Case IH 1594 I have is putting fuel out the exhaust. I removed the exhaust to see which cylinders the fuel was coming from, The fuel is coming from all 6 of the exhaust ports. When I checked the temperature of the exhaust while the engine was running, # 5 & 6 were up to temp but the rest were maybe about 30%. I removed and sent the injector out to be tested - all are ok. I removed the cylinder heads thinking the valves were bad but all valves and piston ring are good. I am unsure what to do next, I am thinking maybe gear/pump timing but the temp on #5-6 are making me think.

Willy,

Was it really only running on just 2 cylinders or was it hitting on all 6? Can't believe it would run on only 2.

If it isn't missing, probably nothing wrong with it and it is just slobbering out the exhaust due to "putzing' around at low speed like all diesels do.

Before going through all that work I would have run a compression test. If I were a betting man I would bet the compression is way low on 1-4.
