I have tried every wrench and socket configuration I had to get to the valve for the right brake to bleed it but couldn't get a grip on it with all the tubing in the way.

Took the seat off and tried it from the top and rear but no luck. (someone had an expression about that once - something about a bear cub and a football?)

Ok, ok I couldn't resist!

My book doesn't recommend how to loosen it othan loosen it.

Is there a special wrench to use?

Thanks in advance.

It is a tight spot, but no special tool needed.
A short 7/16, 6 point box wrench works well for me. Then do not over tighten it when finished.

I use a 7/16 box on the left hand side of the 584 and 585 we use, use a 7/16 deep socket and rachet on the right hand side.
