I have a Farmall C. It is painted white. I can't
remember very much detail about it. When did they
paint these white and is it possible that this unit could be a super C? I've been told that super C's had disc brakes on the rear, a bigger
steering wheel, and a fast hitch. Now that I think about it the unit deffinitely has a fast hitch. I know if I looked at the serial number
I could tell. The designating decals are gone that are present on the front of the hood. It's a long ways away at this moment. If you have any
information about the c's please let me know.

the early 1950 white FARMALL C , was a sales promotion....if the white paint is original, and the serial number is correct for that time period, it would be pretty sought after collectable tractor.....they were usually painted red before they were sold at the dealer....white farmall's did'nt mean much to farmers at the time

Jan, Feb, March 1950 SN 47010-54411 -- White C's not Super C's. Super C's have a bigger engine, disk brakes, and curved rather than straight brake and clutch petals, plus a wider lower panel on the grille. Some C's were retrofitted with fast hitch.

What does the white paint designate? Were any
of the Super C's ever painted white?

Original white paint with the correct serial # would indicate that it is a Demonstrator. Not sure about Super C's painted white---Jeff
