Has anyone noticed a lack of response for emails on parts? I emailed a question about a starter switch last Friday, and STILL haven't heard back. Why bother having an email address if they're not going to bother writing back. Makes me want to buy my parts elsewhere.

Thats one reason I dont get parts from here. Most of the time they can be found locally, for me anyways.I ordered a manual a while back, never got the manual nor was my card charged so I didnt worry about it!Found the same manual at my local dealer for less.(Nothing personal Kim)

I've had similar experiences withthe E-mails. I'm thinking that maybe they have spam filters and the E-mails are getting caught in them and never arrive. Also thinking maybe that they are just overwhelmed and delete in frustration. Yes-No-Maybe?

I asked a similar queston a few months back. E-Mail can be responded to quickly so why are they not returned. Phone calls are not returned either but i can somewhat understand how that can happen. I do have to say though that most people are good at returning e-mails and calls.
