Although it has a splined axle, I have a heavy duty puller on it with a 4 foot wrench and a 6 foot piece of pipe and i can not budge it Has any body got an answer for me on how to remove the axle?

Howard,
I'm assuming you are talking about the 2-cylinder 820. Are you trying to remove the cast wheel from the axle, or the axle from the tractor? If removing the cast wheel from the axle, have you removed the retainer from the end of the axle? If I remember correctly, you remove the two bolts holding the retainer in place, place them in the OTHER two threaded holes, and use them to push the retainer from the axle. I did this a couple times several years ago to remove broken axles, but don't remember all the details. Hope this helps. Good Luck. David
