Looking at September, 1996 Mother Earth News for a reference and on page 36 it has an annual rainfall for the United States and for the poets in the post below with this title...the whole 3/5ths of the eastern part of the state is in the 30 to 20 inches per year range with the western 2/5ths in the 20 to 15 inch range. Maybe you guys should learn some Indian rain dancing, it can't hurt. A few years ago you let it get by you and it like to ruined some of those towns over there around the Mississippi. Fred OH
