Absolutely ridculous.Youd fiqure a lawyer would have had the money to build the fence his self,cheap a$$ ba$&Ar3!Now one life is lost and two families grieve over a stupid fence.

Dang I am glad I live here in Tn. A $90,000 fence is UNREAL! Besides maybe i don't know the law there real well but it would seem to me that the only part of the entire fence the neighbor should help build is what is between the two farms and unless the lawyer bought all that acreage right in the middle of the other guys farm I don't think he would be responsible for it all.

Would be a lot ot comment in there on, but I suppose kinda pointless at this point in time. 'Tis a shame.

There was a case like this a bit over a year ago in Iowa, 2 upstanding farmers by most accounts, one bought the land the other rented, and there were some hard feelings, last argument was about the spring cornstalks for cattle grazing before control changed hands. The buyer shot the renter, as I recall.
