Oil blow back out of dip stick tube

My Wisconsin VF4 engine has oil leaking out of the dip stick tube ( really, no tube at all, just a casting hole in the block) In an effort to reduce most of my oil leaks, I have reduced the number of leaks down to just this. It only does it while running. I have oil pressure in my lines, and I have a crank case vent hose. But it appears that the vent hose should run from the oil filler tube to the carb air hose fitting. At least that is where I have been putting it. When this hose is not connected to the carb, I have quite a bit of steam coming out of it. I have not yet tried running it for any extended time with this line disconnected. I will try that next....Also, I suppose the oil that I see running out of the hole from the dipstick could just be steam/ect...but is seem to be too much to be normal. Any ideas?? This engine is in a Melroe Bobcat.

Sounds like you may have bad rings and or valve seats.
