HELLO,
ANY ADVISE ON REPAIRING THE LOWER LIFT ARM SUPPORT PIN? ONE OF THE PINS ON MY TRACTOR HAS WORN AND COME LOOSE ALLOWING DIFF OIL TO LEAK OUTOF IT. I HAVE FOUND A REPLACEMENT PART BUT THE SHOP MANUAL DOES NOT EXPLAIN REPLACEMENT. IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE TO REMOVE THE AXLE HOUSING. CAN YOU JUST REMOVE THE NUTS AND PULL THE WHEEL AXLE AND ALL?

THANKS DAVID

I guess you could take brakes, axle, trumpet and all, but it would be awkward and heavy. What I would do is pull the axle, hub and drum first and then remove the trumpet by itself. If it is on the left side watch out so the ring gear doesn't fall out when you take the trumpet off.
