I had never heard of this brand until I saw this one on Ebay. It looks alot like a kubota painted a different color to me, but I'm wondering who makes them and in what country?. Also if anybody has any experience with them, are they a good machine?.
thanks

A good friend of mine has sold several of these tractors in SW Ohio. They appear to be a very well built machine, made in Korea, close kin to the John Deere models, but lacking the expensive bells and whistles. He has had virtually no warranty claims on them. The shuttle shift is handy for loader work and the ergonomics are great, too.

It bothers me a great deal when false information is posted on the forum. If it makes any difference, the Branson tractor ( Century also) is made by Kukje in Korea. Kukje makes a few models for John Deere. Some of the Branson models use Yanmar engines- made in Japan. Yanmar has also made several models of smaller tractors for John Deere. Never driven a Branson, but the 12 speed transmission probably would be very useful for getting the right ground speed at full engine speed. My 6 speed has ratios too far apart for some operations.

Thanks for the info, I see in the bottom right hand corner of the instrument cluster it even says Kukje.

They are made in China and marketed in the US by a variety of different names. Be careful. Look them up on their website.

Joe is incorrect. Bransons are not made in China. They are made in South Korea by Kukje Manufacturing.

Kukje also makes Century tractors which are identical to Bransons except for options on the FEL. The quality is far superior to Chinese tractors. Kukje makes several models of John Deere tractors for the Asian market, and also makes the A series diesel engine for Cummins. Kukje diesels are also EPA certified unlike most the Chinese tractors I have looked at.

I recently purchased a Branson 3520 and I am very happy with it. The fit and finish of the tractor is excellent, and its design is well thought out. It appears to be a very solid, well-built tractor. It is also very heavy compared to other 35 hp tractors I shopped, weighing more than 3700 lbs without the FEL. No hydrostatic transmission is available, but the shuttle shift works well (and it is nice to keep the HP - 37 horses gross, 35 net, 31 PTO.

I have only 10 hours on mine, so time will tell if the book is as good as its cover. So far, it has met or exceeded all of my expectations.

It is a little more expensive than the Chinese tractors (and already put together), and much less than the big three. Bransons are worth a look.
