Hi I have a 1946 Farmall H I bought when I was 12. I am now 15 and am putting new rings and rod bearings in it along with getting the head checked. While I have it torn down I thought I would repaint it. Not a perfect job just spruce it up. What paint, primmer, hardner, reducer, and thinner do you reccommend? I am now using an angle grinder with wirebrush to take off paint. What should I do after it is off? I hope to learn to paint now so I can paint the rest of the tractors to come. Thanks
Matt

Farm, I like to use CaseIH red primer and CaseIH 2150 Red with hardner(just take your 2150 paint to an auto paint store and tell 'em you want a hardner that'll work with it). I Usually use epoxy primer on the cast parts, then cover as above.
