Belarus 570 hydraulic problems

I have a Belarus 570 that appears to have hydraulic problems. I have a Memo loader (ML 500) and the tractor will only lift the bucket approximately 3-feet before it stops. The engine starts to load as if the system has reached a mechanical or hydraulic limit. I also noticed that the hydraulics do not have normal torque. Previously I could set the bucket on the ground and lift the front of the tractor. The bucket will articulate through the normal range but will not lift the front of the tractor as in the past. Again the engine starts to load as if the hydraulic system has reached the limit. I checked and topped off the hydraulic fluid but no help. I do have a minor leak at the distributor but that has not created a problem in the past. The 3-point hitch will move through the normal range but I have not tried it with a load. Would appreciate any advice/suggestions?

edwinb and Bernard le mécano get the cigar for this one. They pinpointed the problem which was a quick coupler. $14 coupler and eveything works good as new. Thanks everyone for your help. This is a very good forum.

I thought I had a hydraulic problem on my 525 Belarus with symtoms just like yours. I had no ability to lift a load with my loader or with the 3 pt. hitch. After changing oil etc. with no results I found the problem to be the position of the draft control lever. It must have been moved when my son used the tractor. Putting the draft control back in the proper position solved the problem.

seems to me you either have a bent cylinder or the packing are damaged

It seems to me that you have double-acting lift cylinders if so I guess the hose feeding the down side is half disconnected where the loader piping meets the tractor or crimped /blocked somewhere

If you have hydrolic couplers on the control, check for a bad one. Bernard le mécano
