NEED SOME HELP, CAN ANY ONE TELL ME THE CAPACITY OF THE FUEL TANKS OF A 1940 MODEL "H" JOHN DEERE TRACTOR, IT HAS DUEL FUEL TANKS THANK YOU

Just fill them up and add some motor oil to prevent rust in the small one that should be full of high octane gas for starting the engine, and getting it up to operating temp.(rings exspand) then switch over to the large tank. and burn cheaper (off road untaxed) kerosine, or diesel fuels. alvinnms
