1950T repower 5.9 cummings

I bought 1990 5.9 cummings dodge engine to repower
my 1950T FWD but i have I one small problem I do not know how and where to hook up for the RPM
anybody know how and how much it will cost to buy what I need for the job. I am very happy
with my tractor but it was a big projet
thanks to all you guys that gave me all the info gaetan

You will have to go with and electric tach and did you use the frame from a 2255 ? as we did a repower several years ago on a 1950 and it broke the frame and we ended up changing to the 2255 frame and now all is well. We got the tach and pickup from Diesel Injection in Pa.
