Rather than respond to each post individually, I would like to respond to everyone who was gracious enough to share his or her thoughts.
Please do contact RFDTV; everyone should. The more people that request this show the more support it will get from the network. Their website is: www.rfdtv.com. I definitely want to involve clubs in the show. Have someone from your club contact me. Museums too.
I really appreciated all the comments about what people wanted to see in the show. Please email me with all the ideas you are willing to share. I would explain one thing here about how much “how-to” you could put in a broadcast. To show the detail one would need to demonstrate, for example, re-building a carburetor, it would require a full half-hour or so of straight video. That would never fly on a broadcast; it has to appeal to a broader audience. That kind of video is called generically, “Special Interest” video, normally distributed directly on videotape. I intend to make those as well and then someone who is actually going to do the project can get the tape and have all the detail.
Don’t worry about “mega budgets” ruining the show, believe me it won’t be a problem!
There will be historical perspective presented that will provide some context for what we are accomplishing with our restoration activity. Being “ rare” really makes a particular tractor less historically important, don’t you think?
I really appreciate all the information you all have provided to me. I will put it to good use. Keep the comments coming, feel free to email me. I know I’ll get spammed for it but I made my address public on these posts. dave

Ain't got no club. Just me and my brother and some neighbors havin fun.
Last evening, I watched a tractor show on RFD. It was pretty bad. They had this "Oldest Tractor Still in Operation" show. (Hart-Parr) What it consisted of mostly was watching it and a bunch of other tractors loaded on trailers and convoying down the road. All the while they had what sounded like computer generated "country" music on a loop playing over and over and over until I was about to scream. I was so disappointed I almost turned it off.

RFD Yes they do have good program but #3 Hart-Par was not one of them ! Need to call the show Trucking around with low-boys . Show needed to explain how repairs to #3 Hart-Par was done ; not how trucking is done , I did the trucking think 25 years don't need a motion picture to show me how . Sad show for tractors great start for CONVOY the Low-Boy Motion Picture East bound and down loaded up and trucking , Snowey
